- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer as required in terms of coordination of travel, meetings and appointments of the Executive Chairman and management of its schedule
- Providing internal and external office stationery and related operations, and running organized records to document and save files, respond to all inquiries by staff or external parties, and develop and manage the CEO's agenda in such a way as to take advantage of time effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
At least five years of relevant experience in this field, preferably in an administrative office in a major company
Proficiency in dealing with the computer professionally
