Job objective:
- Communicating with the target customers and introducing them to everything related to the product, including specifications, prices and features
Functional tasks:
Presenting the product to customers and thus leading to its presentation in the market
Attracting new clients to deal with the company according to the policies it sets
- Building a large base of customers and communicating with them in the event of a sale
- Executing sales visits to customers and informing them of the company's fixed and changing sales policies
- Documenting relationships with clients and classifying them according to the target groups for (A - B - C)
- Periodic evaluation of the rate of growth or decrease in the level of customer withdrawals
- Working to solve customer problems urgently (deferred - returns - delivery speed)
- Working on adding new clients to the list of dealers with the company
- Collection of open invoices within the permitted time period
Collection of bounced checks within the permitted time period
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the plastic granules industry
Ability to take responsibility
Familiarity with market needs and competitor policies
