• Supervising the preparations of the party and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of table setting, furniture, equipment, buffet, decor, etc. to be in line with the party requirements and correct any deviation
• Assist in briefing staff before each party to ensure everyone understands their role, duties, responsibilities, schedule and other relevant information
• Monitor, supervise and coordinate all activities related to the service of gig staff and ensure that all staff work together as a team
• Follow up on customers' requirements and meet their needs and desires
Requirements:
Evening work for weddings
Good looking and tactful
Experience and knowledge of women's party handling skills
Preferably experience in the field of halls and weddings
