• Follow up on employee requests
• Prepare liquidation of employee entitlements
• Follow up on fingerprint preparation for new employees
• Develop a plan for annual and school leave schedules
• Handling emergency and casual leave and others
• Follow-up transactions for wage adjustments, increases, material and moral incentives, annual compensation and all annual employee entitlements.
• Arranging employee data, preparing their reports and statistics, and following up on updating data about them
• Preparing the monthly payroll and all dues for disbursement according to the systems
• Keep copies of statements of all receivables and the origins of approval and disbursement directives
• Follow up on salary returns and all entitlements and keep a copy of them
• Processing transactions for employees in government departments such as passports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Participation in the preparation of the required statistical reports and other work assigned to it
• Organizing exit permits and assigning overtime tasks during official working hours
Raise the monthly employee absence list and penalties and complete the procedures according to the company's policy
• Preparing statistics for the number of functional manpower in the center
