Requirements:	Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Law or related field preferred Proficiency in working with Office programs Experience of not less than 10 years in the same field Experience with the procedures for registering joint stock companies, their boards, associations, and extortionists Experience in corporate governance Familiarity with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
