Ensure that guests' food and beverage expectations are met or exceeded
Oversee all matters relating to the customer's dining experience, such as quality control, personnel management, health and safety regulations
Main job tasks:
• Supervising Food and Beverage Operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Manage guest inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
• Assisting management in achieving financial goals
• Analysis of food and beverage prices according to competitive prices
• Assist management in the training and development of team members
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assisting other departments where necessary and maintaining good working relationships
Requirements:
Previous work experience in the food and beverage industry
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
