• Develop detailed designs and performance specifications to meet the requirements of general specifications specified for components, systems, processes, etc.
• Planning and implementation of successive steps and addresses problems with general guidelines from instructions, policies and precedents
• Meet discipline and schedule requirements in producing deliverables, coordinate work schedule, and prepare progress reports
• Recommend changes in plans and estimated cost when necessary
• Develop a range of engineering achievements, including specifications, accounts, reports, technical orders, etc.
• Interpretation of specifications and checks for difficulties
• Active participation in design reviews
• Develops alternative solutions and identifies risks and benefits
• Develop solutions to non-recurring problems by evaluating, interpreting and evaluating precedents and different data
• Exercises professional judgment in selecting and interpreting information and modifying standard methods and procedures
• In the areas of consulting business, may advance small projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, resource allocation and risk, while working within a defined program management plan
• Provide technical input and support for proposals as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
good english
Fresh graduate or two years experience
Working knowledge of ETAP - SPEL
Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and methods of calculating economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications
