• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and existing services
• Continuous review and keep abreast of trends in the market
• Determine customers' needs and financial capabilities to advise and suggest solutions that suit them and help them decide what they want to buy
• Monitor sales in progress and coordinate sales procedures
• Provide appropriate solutions to the problems that arise
• Preparing the necessary papers (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.), and collecting or organizing rent payments
• Manage intermediary negotiating processes, consulting with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
• Presentation and marketing of properties to potential buyers
• Conducting a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of real estate
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and marketing
Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills to win customers and complete sales.
Ability to gain customer trust and provide advice and suggestions
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
