mission:
- Carrying out some studies related to the market, such as collecting information about his institution’s needs of resources, the prices of these resources in the market, and whether there is a possibility that there will be an increase in their prices or not.
- Participates with the Purchasing Manager in developing plans and programs for the Purchasing Department in the organization
Participate in the preparation of the institution's procurement budget based on the company's needs
Studying the quantities of resources in the market, quality levels and specifications for the requirements related to the institution
- Reviewing purchase requests received from each department of the company
- Concluding agreements with suppliers in line with the company's policies
Organizing assigned records, information, and data for procurement processes within the organization
- Make periodic reports on the progress of work with evaluating the performance of the procurement department employees
- Comparing the prices of the goods that the organization needs from among all suppliers and getting the best price with the required quality
Preparing a list of existing and potential new suppliers to get the best prices
