A secretary is required to work for a major contracting company in Jeddah
mission:
• Support the manager or management by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and assisting in coordinating core projects and managing the agenda
• Take notes, which are dictated, in shorthand (fast writing), transcribe correspondence, reports and minutes of meetings, review and format them according to office standards
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, checking, recording and distributing postal correspondence
• Establishment of systems for keeping and maintaining files and records, and keeping all documents on a regular basis
• Receive, sort, and route phone calls from employees and external customers, receive phone messages, answer callers' questions, and transfer calls to the right person
• Examining meeting requests and appointments, coordinating meeting participants' schedules, setting meeting times, securing the meeting room and preparing the agenda
• Cooperating with different departments for the success of work and various offers
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Experience of not less than two years
Full knowledge of secretarial work
Proficiency in the use of computers, especially Office programs
