- Planning of buildings, internal coordination and external surroundings as well
- Give tips and guidance to get the most out of the way and meet the basic purpose of the building
- Follow-up and supervision of the project at all stages
- Intervene to find solutions if any obstacles arise during the construction process
- Final review of the project and assurance of delivery as agreed
