Quality Controller Job Description:
- Monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials for the company
- Conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and supervising production processes
Working in assembly lines or production departments
- Adhere to the safety rules of the institution
Overseeing the production process to ensure all of our products meet quality expectations
- Conduct regular product evaluations and record survey results, and recommend improvements to the production process
Quality Controller Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular quality assessment on all materials received from vendors and products issued for shipment
Reject all products and materials that do not meet quality expectations
- Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services
- Measure the dimensions of the product, check the functions, and compare the final product with the specifications
Advise improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
Record inspection results by completing detailed reports and performance records
Inform the production team about quality control concerns to improve product differentiation
- Supervising the production process
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
At least one year experience in this field
