• Work to implement a marketing plan for the center
• Work to establish programs and activities in the center in accordance with the regulations and instructions
• Distributing tasks to all female employees in the center at the beginning of each semester, by issuing the necessary costs to carry out their tasks according to need.
• Determining the nursery's needs of human cadres and securing them
• Preparing and supervising the weekly plans for nursery activities
• Follow up and support the incubator and provide it with all the requirements necessary to perform its work
