1. Coordinating the development of the major project, including defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria that support project objectives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
2. Define and document project scope, objectives and high-level project plans to translate business requirements into clear and achievable project goals
3. Receive daily project activity reports, etc. and routinely update records in line with established procedures
4. Carry out routine processing activities such as ordering supplies to provide effective support to projects
5. Monitor daily project activity by internal and external contractors to determine progress in taking actions as stipulated to ensure compliance with plan and contractual requirements
6. Track project performance against plan, including scheduled milestones, deliverables and resource/budget usage
7. Collect and summarize management information on project activities and prepare standard reports to keep management informed of progress
Requirements:
Practical experience from one to two years
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
