Executing periodic maintenance work for public central air conditioning, refrigeration devices and cold rooms
- Inspect and inspect the air-conditioning devices to ensure the safety and health of their work
- Inspect pumps and air conditioning networks in the building facilities and ensure their safety
Contribute to the necessary general maintenance work
Installing and following up on new air conditioners
- Regular cleaning of the filters of the various air conditioners
Carrying out preventive maintenance operations, repairing faults, maintaining and installing the works of air conditioning and refrigeration units in accordance with the directives and plans of the line manager
Direct all maintenance requests entrusted to the technician in accordance with the directives of the line manager and the service level agreement
- Requisition and installation of required spare parts
- Read drawings and diagrams for both electrical wiring and piping
Requirements:
Diploma in electrical or air conditioning and refrigeration
without experience
Thorough knowledge of central commercial refrigeration systems and their internal components
Thorough knowledge of central integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components
The ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Full knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures and the use of personal protective equipment, especially while carrying out preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies
Good knowledge of compressor maintenance and repair (mechanical repair)
