A human resource manager is required to carry out all tasks related to employees (recruitment - files - supervision).
mission:
- Updating internal databases (such as recording annual and sick leaves - and expiry dates of employee and employment documents)
- Doing monthly payroll work for employees in the company and following up on all overtime and deductions on a monthly basis
- Annual renewal and issuance of health certificates, residencies, and medical insurance for employees through government platforms (Baladi platform - Modon platform - Muqeem platform)
- Follow up the expiry dates of residency, health certificates and medical insurance and update them on a regular basis on the ERP database
Prepares HR documents, such as employment contracts, new recruitment guides, and job descriptions for jobs
Reviewing the company's policies and internal laws of the company and making the necessary circulars for this
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the recruitment, selection, and recruitment process, according to the needs and requests of senior management
- Follow up on all staff and labor needs, including travel tickets, exit and return visas, and visit requests for relatives
