- Suggesting policies, work plans, work programs and implementation priorities according to the types of goods and the dates of movement of ships and marine boats such as ferries and others, and following up their approval by the direct manager
- Receiving shipping requests, ensuring that they complete all the necessary procedures and that they meet the prescribed fees and taxes and any additional conditions that may be required by the quality of the materials to be shipped, whether in the exporting or importing country
Informing customers of the expected dates of receiving, loading and unloading according to the type of delivery required in the port land or factory land, etc., and coordinate with the concerned authorities to ensure the implementation of operations
Receiving and delivering at the specified places and dates, and sending the necessary correspondence in this regard to the concerned authorities
Field follow-up of the transfer of goods to and from ships in the area in which he works, verifying the follow-up of his subordinates and liaison officers in different countries and their implementation of the tasks entrusted to them, and coordinating with the concerned authorities to complete papers, documents, permits, permissions and others for the purposes of completing inspections and clearance of goods as soon as possible
Preparing periodic reports on the executed and under-executing marine shipping works, and submitting them to the direct manager
