- Ensure the safety of the car before loading and matching the quantities with the loading orders in terms of number, description and quality
- Ensure that the temperature required for the shipped product, and that the temperature of the truck box is appropriate for that
- Securing the load on the vehicle and fastening it or fixing it according to the agreed standards
- Maintain delivery records and ensure receipt
Delivering the required number of products on a daily basis
- Care for products and follow transportation instructions
Maintain company devices such as a portable scanner
Drive appropriately, follow all driving laws and rules, and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with customers by phone to know the delivery time if there are problems or changes in their expected arrival time
- Follow the planned route accurately without deviating from the specified itinerary
Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change in delivery, route or schedule
Inform management of any impediments to making safe and efficient deliveries on time
