A Saudi recruitment manager is required to work for the company in Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Building a database of recruitment and talents available in the internal and external market
2. Build, design and manage recruitment and talent acquisition models
3. Presenting job offers and employment contracts to newly hired employees
4. Searching for qualified manpower that the company needs
5. Develop the company's talent acquisition policy to fully fill the company's future requirements
6. Implementation of the company's Saudization strategy
7. Responsible for conducting internal and external interviews
8. Responsible for overseas recruitment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
At least 20 years of experience in the recruitment field
Good knowledge of the Saudi market and Saudi labor law
Fluent mastery of Arabic and English languages
The ability to use a computer and its programs
Saudi nationality
