Job objective:
- Supervising the planning, development and implementation of quality policies in food companies in line with international standards and local legislation, monitoring the implementation of quality requirements, supporting the company’s obtaining local and international quality accreditation certificates and ensuring compliance with quality policies and requirements
quality assurance:
1. Leading and directing the quality management system of systems and processes, raising awareness of it, following up its implementation with the relevant organizational units, setting plans for quality and the quality system to be implemented in the operational processes, setting a mechanism for their application, monitoring and following up the performance indicators related to them.
2. Supervising the application of internal audit programs to the various quality systems and specifications in the company, and following up on corrective and preventive initiatives
3. Supervising the drawing and testing of random samples of products, monitoring production, collecting samples from branches, ensuring the maintenance of quality standards set at the level of the company and its subsidiaries, research and analysis on the latest technologies regarding tests, and promoting their use in possible cases in order to enable continuous improvement in the sector and raise the level of feasibility of products and operational processes
4. Supervising the preparation and design of awareness programs on raising the levels of quality provided and the requirements for obtaining quality accreditation certificates
1. Directing and leading industrial safety plans and procedures for production operations, material transfers, equipment maintenance and operational processes, continuous control over their implementation, commitment to their application, compliance with the rules of safety standards instructions, and constant keenness to follow the highest technical standards for industrial safety, international standards, and international best practices in the fields of industrial security and ensuring their keeping pace. 2. Directing the branches’ monitoring process regarding quality and safety standards in addition to the necessary actions on material violations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the company
3. Supervising the conduct of periodic tests through the laboratory, ensuring the integrity of test results, analyzing their results, taking appropriate action, resolving and investigating issues, and providing the necessary approvals for the purpose of test equipment or other requirements in order to ensure that laboratories operate effectively.
4. Supervising nutrition specifications, monitoring specific standards for production and ensuring product safety and other industrial safety procedures Develop and amend all industrial safety instructions and rules related to production operations and equipment maintenance and others in order to ensure that instructions and rules comply with safety standards in each sector
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety, Quality Control, or any similar field
Deep knowledge in the field of operations management and an understanding of international quality standards (ISO, HACCP).
Have knowledge of laws, legislation, regulations, international standards and recommended practices related to environmental health and safety
10-12 years of experience in the field of health, safety or quality in the field of agriculture or any similar field
