• Coordination and direct responsibility for a specific project or set of tasks in support of project pricing
• Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and details with experience in timber, iron and aluminum
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Assist in the implementation and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Assist in managing the email database, checking the quality of email addresses, and maintaining a clean email database to generate sales lead
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make suggestions for improvements
• Carry out pricing activities such as regular pricing of new products, price management of existing products, and cost of hardware needed for a particular project
• Maintaining, updating and reviewing the prices of all products
• Assist in developing and defining pricing structures for various product categories
• Maintain updated listing price information on the entire product portfolio
• Modify system price settings for menu price changes, product substitutions, and other changes
• Ensure that all prices are authorized and approved before they are issued
• Coordination of the organization's data verification efforts
• Implement a support role for CRM user issues
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly sales agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Use the CRM to manage and record the activities of the sales team, under the supervision of the relevant Business Development Manager
• Establishing and maintaining an effective record-keeping system in order to ensure reliable and accurate data which is essential to business operations
• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with best business practices
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and employees. Communicate orally and in writing in response to inquiries received
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information + details and not engage in an activity that would harm the interests of the employer / company
