- Develop a work plan inside the exhibition and follow up on its implementation in the correct manner
Organizing work inside the exhibition and distributing tasks to all employees of the exhibition
- Working to achieve the exhibition's sales goals
- Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation
- Follow up with various parties internally and externally to solve any problems
- Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds and exchange requests, and ensure that all outputs are correct
- Supervising, directing, following up and controlling the entire exhibition team
Determining the training requirements for salesmen inside the exhibition to raise the efficiency of sales performance
- Training of sales officials in terms of their selling capabilities periodically and continuously
- Regular meetings with sales officials
- Coordination of weekly vacations among the fair’s employees in accordance with the institution’s policies
- Follow up on customers’ receipt of their goods in coordination with sales officials
Monitoring and follow-up of the exhibition hall on an ongoing basis to follow up on sales officials and customer movement
- Follow up and monitor the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of exhibits
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary ware field
