- Coordinating and attending meetings on behalf of the CEO.
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls on demand.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and arranging them according to priorities.
Preparing and processing travel arrangements for executives.
Handling confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secure.
- Preparing invoices and financial statements and providing assistance in bookkeeping.
Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
Maintaining electronic and paper records and ensuring information is organized so that it can be easily accessed.
