• Follow-up of medical conditions among students in general, and infectious ones in particular, and refer them for treatment and take the necessary measures to prevent them
Enlightening the school community with the goals of guidance and counseling, its plans, programs and services, and building fruitful professional relationships with the school’s employees and with the students’ families
• Preparing annual general plans for guidance and counseling programs and approving them by the school principal
Implementation of guidance and counseling programs and its developmental, preventive and curative services
• Organizing files and records for guidance and counseling
• Examine the students' achievement and behavioral cases and provide guidance services that will achieve the school's goals
• Discovering talented and distinguished students, nurturing them, developing their creativity, encouraging them, and offering them additional programs
• Follow up on students who are academically late, study the reasons for their delay and treat them and take the necessary steps to improve their level
• Investigating the family cases of the students, especially the economic ones, and helping the needy among them
• Studying the individual conditions of the students who show negative signs in their behavior, understanding their problems, and taking appropriate measures to treat them
• Preparing periodic reports on the academic and educational levels of students and submitting them to the school principal
• Conducting educational research and studies required for the work of the social supervisor / supervisor
• Send a summary of studies and research to the school administration
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the educational field
