Job Summary:
- Taking care of the medical problems experienced by home health care patients and their continuous follow-up and providing them with health services (preventive, curative and rehabilitative)
Providing promotional and preventive services to all home health care patients in order to prevent disease and complications
Providing medical education to the patient and his family about everything related to the care of home health care patients
Roles and responsibilities:
Determine the possibility of their admission to the home health care program and determine the number of visits and the type of services that the patient needs
- Carrying out scheduled daily field visits to the patient, taking notes of the visits and preparing medical reports on their health condition and its progress in their medical files
- Follow up the results of the patient's examinations and follow up the treatment plan
- Participation in the training of patient attendants on patient care
Follow-up of the nursing staff in their work
- Periodic evaluation of all patients’ cases and identification of cases that have ended their service in the program
- Implementation of labor policies
Requirements:
At least two years of experience working as a physician
Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from an accredited university
Pass the classification exam issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
