A sales manager with experience in real estate sales and in the real estate development sector is required to manage and develop the sales department
Main responsibilities:
Building and managing direct sales teams for available luxury housing units and strategic planning to provide appropriate operational efficiency to cover the needs of future projects under implementation
- Develop successful sales policies that meet the company's objectives, achieve the satisfaction of the target group of customers and expand the market share
- Manage customer satisfaction processes and plan a strategy for building and developing relationships with existing and potential customers
Managing and following up on the call center team, drawing up a work strategy, implementing daily operations, monitoring performance, setting targets, and coordinating with the rest of the relevant departments
Requirements:
A sense of leadership and a high ability to analyze data and strategic planning, near and far
At least 7-8 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Real Estate Sales or similar position
Superior ability to build work teams, manage their affairs, develop policies and sales plans, and monitor their implementation and development
