- We are looking for a Saudi national female based in Riyadh for the role of the Community Manager to work on:
• Developing and actively engaging with a she2030 community of Saudi and GCC women entrepreneurs and professionals
• Mapping she2030 community by marketing personas categories and building community management tools and contents to efficiently engage with each category of she2030 users
• Actively market existing she2030 services to the she2030 community, build feedback loops to improve services/ create new services
• Actively engaging with she2030 mentors
• Actively supporting she2030 upskilling activities
• Producing podcasts for she2030 community
• Setting and implementing social media and web communication campaigns to align with our marketing strategies
• Providing engaging content, image and video content for social media accounts, our website and our digital platform
• Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with international third parties providing services to she2030 community
• Work on KPIs (NPS, main customer acquisition KPIs)
Community Manager would be a tech-savvy individual, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events; would have great oral and written communication skills and ability to develop engaging content; would be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community; would have an ability to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities:
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging content, image and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with she2030 team to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on new products and features
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Work with she2030 international partners to guarantee best services
• Deliver on customer acquisition/customer satisfaction KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements:
2 years of work experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
English proficiency
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Ability to deliver on KPIs
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
