1. Develop and implement strategies and plans aimed at achieving the company’s goals, in addition to providing support to the human resources department in the process of managing strategic planning in the company in general.
2. Assist in developing policies and procedures in line with business strategy
3. Supporting the Human Resources Department in preparing strategic plans and presenting them to the company’s management for approval
4. Identifying a business development opportunity in line with the company's vision and strategic objectives
5. Monitor assigned projects and provide regular updates on progress and manage costs
Requirements:
Two years of experience preferred
Preparing business rules, guidelines and forms for strategic planning and business planning processes
