* Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic employee records for easy reference when needed
* Updating internal databases (such as recording annual and sick leaves, expiry dates of employee and labor documents)
* Doing monthly payroll work for employees in the company, and following up on everything related to overtime and deductions on a monthly basis.
* Raise the wages protection file at the end of each month on the Madad platform after completing the salary process
* Annual renewal and issuance of health certificates, residency permits and medical insurance for employees through government platforms (Baladi platform, Modon platform, Muqeem platform)
* Follow up the expiry dates of residency, health certificates and medical insurance and update them on a regular basis on the ERP database
* Prepares HR documents, such as employment contracts, new hiring guides and job descriptions for jobs
* Reviewing the company's policies and the company's internal laws, and making the necessary circulars for this
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Managing the recruitment, selection, and recruitment process according to the needs and requests of senior management
* Follow up on all staff and labor needs, including travel tickets, exit and return visas, and visit requests for relatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or related role
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and personal communication skills
