Implement a plan on a daily basis and communicate it to employees
- Supervising the progress of work, preparing schedules for incursions, and organizing vacation days and holidays
Supervising employees and providing instructions that help raise productivity levels
Motivating employees and ensuring an appropriate work environment
Main tasks:
Monitoring the workflow on the production lines from the beginning of the production process to the end.
- Monitoring the production process and identifying the causes that lead to the rise of the dead and working to find solutions to them.
- Monitoring the number of workers, their attendance, working hours and rest, to ensure the continuity of the operational process.
- Reporting to maintenance of any malfunctions in production lines and mechanisms and sending maintenance requests and following them up.
- Making periodic reports on production operations and attendance of employees and submitting them to the production department.
Doing any requests requested from the production manager in a way that does not conflict with production operations
Requirements:
Diploma and above
4 years experience in the food industry
a guide person
High communication skill and decision-making ability
