- Receiving customers and guiding inside the store departments
Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Preparation and processing of various promotions
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves
- Supervising the procedures for return and exchange of products
Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
Continuously informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts
Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Store Manager
Constantly reviewing new products and services
Requirements:
Good understanding of the retail process
Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
Ability to work at different times
The ability to achieve the required percentage of sales
Proficiency in arithmetic operations
Knowing the proper storage procedures for the products
Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior
