Job description:
Achieving sales growth and reaching set goals by effectively managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its competition in the market, which includes setting sales targets, comparing them with performance, adjusting goals as needed, and identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Manage the recruitment process for the sales team, monitor the performance of salespeople, and evaluate individual performance
Strengthening the capabilities of the sales team within the company
- Building and strengthening strong, long-term relationships with clients
Submit sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts with full knowledge of new products and the state of competition in the market
- Coordination with the Marketing Department regarding the creation of lists of potential clients
Determine and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Develop sales action plans by geographical regions
Enhancing a competitive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
