Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Ensure the availability of promotional offers for products
Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
Continuously informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts
- Keeping abreast of new products and services
Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the line manager, sales and competition reports
