- A sales specialist is required to work for a Turkish company
mission:
• Achieving the required sales targets set by the management in terms of the number of new customers
• Retaining existing clients, dealing with new potential clients and restoring relationships with old clients
• Research and explore potential markets
• Searching for potential customers and converting them into actual customers to reach a wider customer base
• Handling all customer sales inquiries
• Study the export market, logistics and potential customers and determine the best approach to search for new customers and increase existing customers
• Develop the sales information system, including the customer database, and keep it always updated and available in a timely manner to support the decision-making process.
• Constant attempt to enter new markets
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow with customer requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
3-6 years experience in the same field
Outstanding Communication and Sales Skills
Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-up to tasks
Analytical mindset and good problem solving skills
The ability to deal with customers in an excellent manner and a high ability to convince them
Outstanding in presentation skills, negotiation skills and time management
