An Operations Specialist is required to work for a Turkish company
mission:
• Build good relationships with all departments as sales department, customer service, finance and perform all assigned tasks related to operations
• Solve all elevator problems and conduct all transactions between carriers and factories
• Coordinating all operational matters of the entire shipments and ensuring the operational process with respect to customers and carriers, and efficient handling to ensure effective communication
• Passion to support all customers and answer any questions with a quick and clear response to customers
• Collect data of all carriers in all covered areas
• Follow up the movement of shipments until they reach the desired destination
• Receive and coordinate customer requirements and schedule these needs
• Collaborate with all other departments to support and implement all common needs or tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
Experience from 2-5 years in the same field
Experience in planning and transporting products, ensuring goods are delivered in good condition and on time
Experience in negotiating and working with factories, suppliers and carriers
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to effectively manage time and work pressure to meet set deadlines and goals
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and motivate team members
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset and good problem solving skills
