Job description:
Carrying out practical procedures for attracting, selecting, evaluating and appointing cadres
Carrying out the procedures and policies for ensuring the attendance and departure of employees, disbursing their financial dues accordingly, and recording the leaves withdrawn by them.
Adhering to the implementation and control of all systems and regulations that govern the work of administrative affairs and providing administrative assistance to other sectors, divisions and units of the company to facilitate compliance with them and their effective application.
Determining the human resources needs of the senior management to obtain their approval and approval, and then carry out recruitment and appointment procedures, provide their documents, and prepare work contracts in accordance with the company’s policies, systems and regulations
Determining the training needs of the company's employees and in coordination with other departments and sections to complete their planning and implementation procedures and evaluate their results
- Preparing the company’s employees’ payroll and reports on working hours and discipline information, implementing promotion procedures, transfers, vacations, performance appraisal, training, health services, termination of service and others, and preparing the necessary reports thereon.
Ensure that employees adhere to work systems, procedures and policies, provide all necessary forms, documents, and documents, and ensure that they are preserved, used and circulated in the proper manner.
- Carrying out public relations work such as receptions, meetings, interviews and parties
- Carrying out the work of administrative services, including security and guarding of the company’s facilities on a permanent basis, as well as reception services, cleaning, buffet, maintenance, and keeping the files of the company’s business in a special archive in an organized and accurate manner that helps others to perform their work in the fullest manner
- Carrying out social, cultural and sports activities to consolidate friendly relations and understanding among the employees of the institution, develop their cultural and social level, raise their morale and deepen their affiliation with the institution
- Providing integrated health care for the company's employees and working to raise their health awareness level
Participate in the development of standards and tools for evaluating work performance and start applying them after their approval within the limits of the terms of reference
Preparing periodic reports on human resources work and proposals for their development and implementation after approval
- Implementation of automation work for all procedures and methods of work in the company through the application of the latest automated systems
- Establishing the best systems and procedures for occupational safety and addressing imbalances, if any, to prevent any accidents that may occur in the future
