Conduct and review appraisal analysis on a wide range of targeted investment opportunities using relevant theoretical models and methodologies
Collecting financial and non-financial data related to the evaluation
Work with different groups of partners, regulatory authorities and industry trade groups to obtain the necessary information
Review analysis, comparisons, estimates and forecasts on key financial issues such as revenue, cash flow, productivity, return on investment, profits, etc. based on research into industry standards, benchmarks and trends to measure performance
Prepare and publish financial models to justify recommendations on project feasibility and provide a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment Management or any related field
Holds one of the professional certifications in the field such as, Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) (Level 1), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
6 - 8 years experience in the field, of which at least 3 years in a similar role
