• Responsible for achieving the highest level of customer service throughout the store
• Assist in supervising, assigning employees and scheduling each employee in the shop
• Marketing a local restaurant (LMRA)
• Review operations reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor the accuracy of receipt and transfer, debts/damages to maintain the accuracy of the inventory process
• Control expenses and budgets, and provide assistance in managing all areas of screening operations as needed
• Exercising the judgment of the sole discretion, in cooperation with the supervisor and the employee on the day to the day-to-day operations of the store
