- Entering products for all data in Arabic and English with quantities, images, keywords and items, and writing the content of the product in an adequate and professional manner
- Follow up on the online store to ensure the flow of store services, update its data on a timely basis, and develop the general identity of the store
- Receiving electronic purchase requests and coordinating the internal work of transferring purchase invoices to stores and following up on shipping and delivery operations
- Immediate response to customer communications, receiving their requests, complaints and suggestions, and processing them promptly and accurately
- Follow up on the display of products on the online store and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the permanent availability of stock
- Follow up on the technical support of the site first hand
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in managing an online store
Full knowledge of the procedures for coordinating sales invoices, shipping and delivery
Possess the basic selling skills to complete e-sales operations
