- Supervising and managing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Division
- Work to provide high service while maintaining the available budget
- Supervising the design of food and beverage menus and providing the necessary materials
Determining customer needs and working on continuous development
Directing and leading the food and beverage department staff
Recruiting, training and evaluating food and beverage employees
Defining goals, performance measurement standards, and scheduling tasks
Overseeing the implementation of operational procedures and policies
- Organizing and managing work shifts and determining employee leave
Work to motivate employees and organize work collectively
Follow up and verify the application of health and safety regulations
Preparing periodic reports regarding productivity, sales and needs
Requirements:
3 - 10 years experience
