Job description:
Proposing effective policies, supervising systems and procedures, and providing advice in the field of human resources management and development in line with the company's strategy
- Compiling and tabulating information related to the actual needs of manpower, in cooperation with other organizational units of the company
- Preparing the monthly payroll for all employees of the company
- Follow up on absences in the company and submit a weekly report thereon
- Designing and implementing plans for polarization, recruitment, advertising, and others
- Implementation and development of job interviews, tests and recruitment methods
Preparing the induction program for the employee in coordination with the concerned authorities in the company
Preparing a training and development plan for employees, following up on its implementation, and measuring the results and impact of training on performance
Coordination with organizational units to prepare employee performance appraisal reports
Implementation of compensation and benefits procedures in the company
- Implementing the company's promotions and bonuses procedures
Application of replacement and succession procedures
Supervising the implementation of employee services procedures that are in the form of a relationship between the employee and the company
- Attention to follow up on all disputes that occur between the company and its employees, access to solutions, and keep all information about this in strict confidence.
- Preparing and submitting monthly and periodic reports to the direct manager on the progress of work, along with suggestions and recommendations
- Performing any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager according to his field of competence
Requirements:
  • Age 21-35 years old
  • Saudi nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong personality, able to work with a variety of employees.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or related fields, with the ability to multitask and take on challenges.
