• Repair, maintain and provide technical care for all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel - freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, fan coil units, radiator, etc.
• Preventively maintain all air conditioning and refrigeration systems inside the hotel
• Check the performance of cooling systems and components أنظمة
• Check all door closing systems when walking in coolers/freezers (door gaskets/latches)
• Inspect and maintain all de-icing systems and ice makers أجهزة
• Work on maintenance requests from all departments
• Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air handling unit filters

• Collaborate with all fellow engineers in repairing faults of air conditioning, cooling system and setup function
• Strict control of the venting of CFCs into the atmosphere
• Repair of air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems
• Check all coolant and oil levels and control for major repairs
• Cooperate and inform the engineering storekeeper of the purchase of spare parts
• Carry out all work according to state technical regulations and safety standards
