• Planning and supervising shipments to and from warehouses and stores
• Scheduling daily and weekly itineraries
• Order tracking using functional systems and tracking software
• Coordination with warehouse workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
• Follow up and monitor budgets and transportation costs
• Ensure that shipping documents are uploaded correctly
• Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
• Research and propose cost-effective itineraries and shipping methods
• Regularly conduct safety audits on equipment
• Organizing training courses for workers such as proper use of machines and handling of hazardous materials
• Maintain organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
• Supervising the application of occupational safety rules and regulations
Requirements:
Knowledge of supply chain management, movement and transportation
Ability to prepare and track orders
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs
