• Supervising the documentation of data and files of the group's employees
Planning to fill jobs with the appropriate competencies according to the job description in coordination with the relevant departments
• Management of personnel operations and implementation of instructions, regulations and items codified in human resources policies and work system
• Follow up on recruitment and contracting procedures with employees
• Follow-up personnel affairs procedures such as leave, end of service, advances and others for all employees
• Follow up the arrangement of workers' files and save their official documents
• Ensuring the implementation of the regulations, rules and instructions for human resources in all branches of the group
• Follow up the implementation of health and social insurance procedures for employees
• Supervising the registration procedures at the Labor Office and the Human Resources Development Fund
• Monitoring the monthly attendance and departure of all employees
• Writing or issuing all forms related to work
• Preparing all forms and official letters related to personnel affairs
