Job Description:
Professionally drafting contracts and agreements (it is preferred for those who are fluent in drafting contracts in Arabic and English)
Drafting regulations and legal notes of all kinds
Writing lawsuits and appeals newspapers
Requirements:
10+ years of legal consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master of Laws
Experience in legal consulting firms, including experience in holding companies, if any
Registered profession is legal advisor
Membership of the Saudi Bar Association “Professional Associate Membership”
Experience in cases of commercial disputes, labor disputes, human rights disputes, securities and banking disputes
Familiarity with all legal regulations in force in the Kingdom
