Providing administrative support to the CEO and members of the administrative council and the department
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO
- Arrange the schedule of trips
Daily follow-up of e-mails, internal and external communications
Follow up on the CEO's speeches with the department directors and members of the board of directors
Preparing, drafting, checking and reviewing correspondence, memoranda, agenda, decisions, policies and contracts
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Professional level in Microsoft Office programs
Commitment, organization, direction, and ability to multi-task and follow up
Experience in secretarial and executive management
