Responsible for managing services and operations
Project management and overseeing the coordination of work procedures
Calculating and comparing the costs of goods and services required to achieve maximum benefit
Managing and driving change to ensure minimal disruption of activities
Directing, coordinating and planning basic services such as reception, security and maintenance
Ensure that buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
Maintaining employee safety and implementing health and safety measures
Verify that the work agreed upon by employees and suppliers has been completed appropriately and follow up on deficiencies
Coordinating and leading the work team to cover areas of responsibility and supervision of buildings
Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels
Respond appropriately to emergencies and deal with various malfunctions
Requirements:
Proficiency in communication skills and dealing with different personalities
The ability to lead and motivate the work team
Have negotiation skills to get the best rates
Ability to organize time, arrange tasks and prioritize work
Understand business procedures and the ability to take appropriate decision
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
