Responsible for the clerical work of the Board of Directors, keeping its records, and preparing its correspondence with the official bodies
Roles and responsibilities:
Writing and keeping minutes of board meetings
Coordination with those involved in preparing the schedule of Board meetings
Writing notices to members of the board’s regular and emergency meetings
Preparing the organization's messages related to communication with the official authorities
Establishing a system for keeping records of the Board of Directors
Preparing the annual administrative report for the Board of Directors
