- Customer reception and guidance within the store departments
Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services
Responding to customers regarding products and services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
Preparing and processing various promotional offers
Oversee the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves
Supervising the procedures of return and exchange of products
Coordinating with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
To continuously familiarize customers with the latest special offers and discounts
Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager
