Job description:
Identify and evaluate clients' needs to reach a high level of satisfaction
Building a distinguished relationship and a high level of trust with clients through open and interactive direct communication
Provide accurate, correct and complete information using all available methods / tools
Assist the sales team to achieve sales goals and manage sales proposals and quotations whenever requested
Dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframe specified in the group policy
Follow up and maintain a high level of accuracy in keeping customer records, files and related reports
Do more to raise the level of customer interaction, whether on social media channels or others
Support customers by answering questions and presenting the services provided by the group
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency
  • Skills of dealing with social media programs
  • Reporting and analysis skills
  • The priority for women with experience in marketing and social networking sites
  • High communication skills
